摘要
为了明确甘肃省武威市苜蓿镰孢根腐病的病原种类,在当地采集紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)根腐病标样,并进行了镰孢属病原菌的分离、致病性测定和鉴定。结果表明,共分离得到5株致病镰孢菌,根据形态特征和ITS基因序列分析将其分别鉴定为厚垣镰孢菌(Fusarium chlamydosporum)、半裸镰孢(F.incarnatum)和层出镰孢菌(F.proliferatum),其中厚垣镰孢菌和层出镰孢菌为强致病菌。该研究结果为武威市苜蓿根腐病诊断和综合防治提供了依据。
To identify the pathogenic fungi responsible for root rot of alfalfa,samples of the root rot from Wuwei City in the Gansu Province were collected,and the pathogenic agents isolated and identified.The5Fusarium(F.)isolates that resulted in root rot were F.chlamydosporum,F.incarnatum and F.proliferatum,which were found to be the causal agents based on their morphological characteristics and specific sequence analysis.The results obtained provide a basis for the diagnosis and comprehensive control of alfalfa root rot.
