摘要
目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐联合磷酸肌酸钠对冠心病心绞痛患者心功能的影响。方法选取2015年8月～2016年8月在我院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者150例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各75例,对照组给予静脉注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用注射用磷酸肌酸钠治疗,观察两组患者治疗2两周后的临床疗效及心功能情况。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的超声心动图指标(LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD、LADD)均有改善,且观察组的改善幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果明显,能够有效改善患者心功能,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of salvianolate combined with sodium phosphocreatine on cardiac function in patients with angina pectoris.Methods150cases of patients with coronary heart disease angina from August2015to August2016in our hospital as the research object,according to the stochastic indicator method were divided into control group and observation group(each75cases).The control group was treated with salvianolate for intravenous injection.The observation group was treated with sodium phosphocreatine injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and cardiac function of the two groups were observed after2weeks of treatment.Results The observation group total effective rate is higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,echocardiographic indexes(LVEF,LVESD,LVEDD,LADD)of the two groups were improved,and the improvement amplitude of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvianolate combined with phosphocreatine sodium in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris has obvious clinical effect,can effectively improve the patient's heart function.
