本文介绍了环境与可靠性试验数据管理及分析系统的功能及组成,阐述了系统建设的目的和达成的目标,并对系统在实验室的应用效果进行了分析。
This paper introduces the function and constituent of environmental and reliability test data management and analysis system,explains its purpose and goals,and analyzes the application effect when being used in laboratory.
