摘要
综述了鞣剂、机械力、超声波对胶原纤维中三股螺旋链结构、收缩温度、孔径、孔隙率等结构与性能的影响,同时归纳总结了针对胶原纤维大孔、中孔、小孔等多孔表征的氮气吸附法、压汞法等传统方法,以及现代分型分析理论、扫描电镜观察法等现代方法。能够更充分的了解制革过程中胶原纤维多孔结构变化的规律,对优化制革工艺、开发新鞣剂、改善皮革性能具有更重要的意义。
The effects of tanning agents,mechanical forces and ultrasonic waves on the structure,shrinkage temperature,pore size and porosity of collagen fibers were discussed.The method of characterization of large holes,holes and multistage holes,such as nitrogen adsorption method and mercury intrusion method,modern techniques including scanning electron microscope(SEM),as well as modern fractal analysis theory is summarized.Understanding and grasping the effect factors of porous structure of leather collagen fiber network during leather making process is of great significance to optimize leather making technique,developing new tanning agents and improve leather properties.
