摘要
目的 探讨5S优质管理用于分析手术室护理安全隐患及成果分析。方法 选取本院手术室护士10名,组成5S优质管理小组;以2018年1月至4月的手术室患者作为5S优质管理前的对照组,以2018年5月至7月经5S优质管理后的手术室患者作为研究组;对比5S优质管理前及管理后物品管理情况,研究组和对照组患者对护士的满意度。结果 5S优质管理前物品过期发生情况为(2.85±0.87)件/月,工作环境整理时间为(26.38±4.40)min、取放物品时间为(33.25±12.54)min,5S优质管理后分别为(0.34±0.14)件/月、(15.34±2.91)min、(24.37±5.34)min;5S优质管理后,物品过期发生情况明显下降,工作环境整理时间、取放物品时间明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者对护士满意度为(90.24±5.14)分,明显高于对照组的(81.24±3.27)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将5S优质管理用于手术室护理中,可以减少物品过期的发生,同时营造整洁的工作环境,提高患者就医满意度。
Objective To explore the 5S quality management for analyzing the hidden danger of nursing safety at operation room and the results.Methods 10 nurses from the operation room of our hospital were selected to form a 5S quality management group.The operating room patients from January to April,2008 were selected before 5S quality management as a control group;and the patients from May to July 2018 after 5S quality management were selected as a study group.The item management situations before and after 5S quality management and the patients’satisfaction to the nurses were compared between these two groups.Results After 5S quality management,the occurrence of expired items decreased obviously,and the working environment finishing time and the time of taking and putting items were shortened obviously[(2.85±0.87)per month vs.(0.34±0.14)per month,(26.38±4.40)min vs.(15.34±2.91)min,and(33.25±12.54)min vs.(24.37±5.34)min,all P<0.05].The patient’satisfaction to the nurses was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group[(90.24±5.14)vs.(81.24±3.27)],with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of 5S quality management in operation room nursing care can reduce the occurrence of expired articles,create a clean working environment,and improve patients'satisfaction.
