摘要
苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)在改性沥青中的定量分析是评价改性沥青性能的关键因素。为了测试改性沥青中SBS的含量是否满足生产要求,制备了4个标准样品,还收集了实际工程样品。利用衰减全反射傅立叶红外光谱仪采集基质沥青、SBS、SBS改性沥青的红外光谱,并对基质沥青和SBS的红外光谱的特征吸收峰值进行比对,根据特征吸收峰高度与SBS含量建立改性沥青SBS含量的拟合模型,根据此模型能够测出实际生产SBS改性沥青样品的SBS含量。
Quantitative analysis of styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)in modified asphalt is a key factor in evaluating the performance of modified asphalt.In order to test whether the content of SBS in the modified asphalt meets the production requirements,four standard samples were prepared in this paper,and actual engineering samples were also collected.The infrared spectra of matrix asphalt,SBS and SBS modified asphalt were collected by attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,and the characteristic absorption peaks of infrared spectrum of matrix asphalt and SBS were compared.The modified asphalt was established based on the characteristic absorption peak height and SBS content.The fitting model of SBS content can be used to measure the SBS content of SBS modified asphalt samples actually produced.
