摘要
建筑材料价格是建筑项目造价成本的关键核心,对建筑材料进行分类,并确定建筑材料价格的构成,分析建筑材料价格的波动对工程造价产生的不利影响,为确保建筑工程项目的顺利建成,施工单位应当采取风险防范措施以应对建筑材料价格波动对工程造价的不利影响。
Building materials prices the key of the construction cost of the project cost at the core,in this paper,the building materials to classify,and determine the price of building materials,analysis of volatile prices of building materials for the adverse impact of the project cost,in order to ensure the successful completion of construction projects,construction units shall take risk prevention measures to deal with construction material price fluctuations on the negative impact of the project cost.
