摘要
针对当前高等教育对创新能力培养的需要,提出了群体创新型人才观,将注重学生个体创新能力推进到培养学生在群体协作下的创新能力,以适应现代社会日益广泛的分工合作。以江西理工大学地理信息科学专业为例,将团队学习理念与地理信息科学创新型人才培养需求相结合,从团队文化建设和团队自我管理、团队指导教师和成员定位、团队成员学习内容与形式、任务目标螺旋管理模式等方面着手,构建了面向创新能力培养的本科生团队学习模式,并分析了模式实施过程中的问题及对策。结果表明,在此模式指导下,学生创新能力得到显著提高,取得较好效果,同时,可为其它专业的团队学习模式提供借鉴样例,从而推动大学本科教育阶段的创新人才培养。
According to the demands of higher education to cultivate the innovation ability,put forward the concept of group of innovative talents.In order to adapt to modern society of increasingly extensive cooperation,it will focus on translating students'individual innovation ability to the cultivation of students'innovation ability in the group cooperation.Based on Geographical Information Science Specialty of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology,combining the concept of team learning and the cultivation of innovative talents of Geographic Information Science,process of the aspects of team culture construction and team self management,team guidance teachers and member orientation,team members'learning contents and forms,and the management model of task goal spiral.It builds a team learning model for the cultivation of innovative ability and analyses the problems and countermeasures in the implementation of the model.The results show that,under the guidance of this model,the innovation ability of students has been significantly improved,satisfactory effects has been obtained,at the same time.It can provide a reference sample for other professional team learning mode,so as to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in undergraduate education.
