摘要
文中以冬季东北地区某供暖机组冷却塔的结冰问题为例,阐述冬季困扰火力发电企业的湿式冷却塔结冰问题,对湿式冷却塔的工作原理、结冰成因、结冰位置、结冰后果等进行一一介绍,并结合近期国内部分专业技术人员该方向的试验研究,最终提炼归纳出相对经济、易实施推广的防冻方案,以此为解决冷却塔防冻问题提供一种行之有效的借鉴方法。
The freezing issuesof cooling tower based on a certainthermal power plant in the northeastern in winter.The freezing problem of wet cooling tower is discussed in thermal power plant.The working principle of wet cooling tower,the causes,location andconsequences of freezing are introducedin detail.Recently,theexperimental researches of the domestic part professional haveconducted in this field.At last,the anti-freeze scheme which is relatively easy to be popularized economically,which could solve the problem of cooling tower anti-freezingis put forward.
