摘要
科学、及时、准确地对区域经济发展做出研判既是"稳中求进"总基调的题中之义,也是瞬息万变信息时代的发展要求。根据统计年鉴、统计公报、网络数据平台等公布的数据资料,运用描述统计、聚类分析、对比分析等统计方法,得出近年来四川经济规模稳步提升、经济结构优化升级、新旧动能加速转换的经济增长规律和城市体系多点多级共兴、首位城市带动效应显著、老少边穷地区加速发展的空间分布特征;运用HP滤波模型,得出四川经济进入稳步发展新常态。提出通过提高三次产业供给结构的适应性和灵活性,提升新兴产业、新消费的引领作用,扩大有效投资,区域协同共兴,促进经济稳定增长。
Making judgments on regional economy is not only the theme of Stable Growth,but also the requirements of the information age.According to the data of statistical yearbook,statistical bulletin and network data platform,the statistical methods such as descriptive statistics,cluster analysis,and contrast analysis were used in this article to get the conclusion that the scale of economic growth in Sichuan has steadily increased in recent years,economic structure has optimized and upgraded,the urban system has formed Multi point and multilevel prosperity,the first city has a significant driving effect,and the stricken areas has developed accelerately.Then,the HP filtering model was used to draw that the development of economic growth in Sichuan has entered a new normal state.At last,the measures was put forward to promote the stable growth in regional economic.
