摘要
[目的]对黄花白及种苗繁育技术进行研究。[方法]以黄花白及(Bletilla ochracea)为试验材料,对其花粉、果荚的发育、种胚萌发及幼苗形成等进行了一系列活力测定及观测验证试验。[结果]在黄花白及开花后的3 d内,其花粉活力达93%以上。随时间的推移,花粉团黏性逐渐消失,内含物质逐渐萎缩,成为不育花粉;通过人工控制授粉试验及授粉特性分析,验证了黄花白及不存在自花授粉机制;黄花白及的种子受培养基质的影响较小且易萌发。[结论]黄花白及种子的大田直播育苗可作为一种新型育苗方法应用于白及属植物的栽培和生产中,具有较好的现实推广意义。
[Objective]To research the seedling breeding of Bletilla ochracea.[Method]With Bletilla ochracea as the research mateirals,a series of activity assaies and observation researches on pollination,pod development,seed embryo germination and seedling were carried out.[Result]The pollen vitality reached more than93%within3d after B.ochracea flowering.As time delayed,the pollinium viscous gradually disappeared with inclusions atrophies,and eventually turned into infertile pollen.There was no self-pollination mechanism after the artificial pollination researches and pollination characteristics analysis on B.ochracea.It was found out that the seeds of B.ochracea were germinated easily and less affected by culture matrix,it always germinated with the extension of incubation time.[Conclusion]B.ochracea seeding can be used as a new type of propagation method in the case of Bletilla Rchb plant cultivation and production,which have a good promotion significance.
