基于传递路径分析的悬架异响快速识别方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对某国产乘用车在开发中存在的严重悬架异响现象,首先从路试及主观评价分析出悬架异响的主要贡献频带范围,其次通过传递路径分析得出异响源的主要传递路径,最后通过时域分析法、功率谱RMS值辨识法和小波能量特征分析法识别出异响源的主要贡献部件。通过此种方法能在较短时间内快速识别出悬架系统主要异响源。该研究结果对其他车型类似的悬架异响问题提供了理论和实践指导。 In the development of a domestic passenger car,it is found that there is a severe abnormal noise of suspension system.In response to the problem,firstly,the main frequency range of abnormal noise is acquired from vehicle road test and subjective feelings of occupant;secondly,the main path of abnormal noise source is acquired by transfer path analysis(TPA);finally,abnormal noise source of the key component of the main path is recognized through the time difference method,the subsection auto-power RMS value method and the characteristic energy of wavelet analysis method.Through this method the main abnormal noise source of suspension system can be identified quickly in a relatively short time,the research result can provide t heoretical and practical guidance for other similar suspension abnormal noise problems.
