摘要
在对火炮可靠性预计工作中常用数学模型进行分析的基础上,指出了利用该模型进行火炮可靠性详细预计时应注意其适用条件,以及火炮系统中机械单元的平均无故障间隔发数的等效当量的指数转换问题,给出了服从正态分布、对数正态分布和威布尔分布机械单元的平均无故障间隔发数的等效当量指数分布的转换计算公式。
Based on the analysis of mathematical models commonly used in the reliability prediction of the gun,it was pointed out that attention should be paid to the application conditions and the issue of exponential transformation to the equivalent MTBF for mechanical components of the gun when the model is used for the detailed reliability prediction.The formulas for calculating the conversion exponential coefficients of the equivalent MTBF were proposed for the mechanical components following respective distributions,such as normal distribution,logarithmic normal distribution,and Weibull distribution.
