摘要
目的 了解在国家推行基本公共卫生服务以及推行妇幼保健服务网络化管理以来,宁国市的0~3岁儿童保健相关指标情况。方法 收集出生日期为2012年10月1日至2013年9月30日之间0~36个月龄儿童8次体检记录以及妇幼年报数据,采用SPSS22.0以及Excel2007对数据进行了分析。结果 根据统计结果,完成8次体检的仅为52.41%,3岁以下儿童系统管理率为为79.94%。1岁以内、1~2岁、2~3岁的管理率分别为:88.12%、78.51%、73.20%。按照体检单位数统计,体检单位为1个的占86.32%。按性别分类,男女童系统管理率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);按照常住儿童和流出儿童分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);按照不同体检年龄段分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 3岁以下儿童系统管理率基于妇幼保健信息系统的调查数据远低于妇幼年报的数据;常住儿童系统管理率低于流出儿童系统管理率;随着儿童年龄增长,系统管理率呈递减趋势。因此3岁以下儿童系统管理理应强化管理与监督,合理利用网络资源,规范儿童保健各项工作。
Objective To understand the health related indicators of children aged 0-3 in Ningguo City since the implementation of basic public health services and the implementation of network management of maternal and child health services. Methods Data of 8 physical examinations and annual reports of mothers and children were collected and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and Excel 2007. Results According to the statistical results,only 52.41%of the 8 physical examinations were completed,and 79.94%of the children under 3 years old had systematic management.The rates of management under 1,1-2 and 2-3 were 88.12%,78.51%and 73.20%respectively.According to the number of physical examination units,1 of the physical examination units accounted for 86.32%.There was no significant difference in the systematic management rate between boys and girls(P>0.05),there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion The system management rate of children under 3 years old is much lower than the data of maternal and child health information system.The system management rate of resident children is lower than that of outflow children.With the increase of children′s age,the rate of system management is decreasing.Therefore,the systematic management of children under 3 years old should strengthen management and supervision,make rational use of network resources,and standardize the work of child health care.
