面向新时代大学生的运动生理学教学改革研究 被引量:3

On the Teaching Reform of Exercise Physiology for College Students in the New Era

摘要 文章通过对运动生理学课程的教学现状进行分析,结合教学内容、教学方法与教学评价对课程进行改革创新与研究,提出以学生为主体,运动实践为中心,突出运动生理课程在运动健康领域的应用,利用慕课(MOOC)在线课程等现代化教学手段,多元化的评价方法完善考核机制。期待这些改革措施能为以后的教学改革创新提供基础素材,为教学实践提供一定的思路,促进教学效果的提升和学生学习能力的优化提高。 Exercise physiology is a compulsory basic theory course for students in physical education institutes.At present,the post-90s and post-00s have become the main body of college students with distinct personalities.At the same time,there are many exercise physiology textbooks,which need to be further enriched in combination with sports practice.Traditional teaching models and methods cannot meet the needs of modern teaching.Through the analysis of the current teaching situation of exercise physiology course,this paper combines the teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation to carry on the reform innovation and research of the course.This paper propose that students should act as the main body,sports practice are the center,highlight the application of courses in the field of sports health,use MOOC online courses and other modern teaching methods,and diversify evaluation methods to improve the assessment mechanism.It is expected that these reform measures can provide basic materials for future teaching reform and innovation,provide certain ideas for teaching practice,promote the improvement of teaching effect and optimize students’learning ability.
