摘要
辨证论治是中医诊疗理论体系的一大特色,辨证是论治的前提和依据,是临床诊疗的开始和关键所在,更是提高中医临床诊疗水平的重要环节。但是在临床辨证过程中,由于病情千变万化、证候复杂多样,导致证名互不统一、辨证易生多歧,影响了辨证论治的继承和传授。证素辨证是在传统中医理论指导下确立的辨证思维模式,其通过病位证素和病性证素确定病变的病理本质,根据证素的变化确定不同的证名,用有限的证素统领繁杂的证候和证名。证素辨证符合实际、便于学习,应用于中医临床教学,将有利于学生辨证能力和方法的提升。
Syndrome differentiation and treatment is one major feature of the theoretical system of TCM diagnosis and treatment.Syndrome differentiation is the premise and basis of treatment,the beginning and key of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and also an important link to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM.However,in the process of clinical syndrome differentiation,due to the changeable state of illness,complex and diverse syndromes,leading to inconsistent syndrome names,syndrome differentiation prone to divergence,the inheritance and teaching of syndrome differentiation and treatment was affected.Syndrome element differentiation is a dialectical thinking mode established under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory.It determines the pathological nature of the lesion through the syndrome elements of disease location and disease nature,determines different syndrome names according to the changes of syndrome elements,and leads complicated syndrome and syndrome names with limited syndrome elements.Syndrome differentiation is practical and easy to learn.It will be helpful for students to improve their ability and methods of syndrome differentiation in clinical teaching of TCM.
