摘要
目的观察综合外治疗法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)缓解期的临床疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准的COPD缓解期患者60例。随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组根据中华医学会呼吸病学分会COPD学组的《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南(2013年修订版)》的治疗方案进行治疗。治疗组在上述治疗基础上给予综合外治疗法,包括拔火罐、穴位注射和穴位贴敷,治疗及观察随访共半年。观察治疗前及治疗结束及治疗结束后6个月两组患者的肺通气功能、6 min步行试验及呼吸困难评分。结果治疗后及治疗结束后6个月呼吸困难评分,治疗组均高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后及治疗结束后6个月FEV1、FEV1%pred比较,治疗组高于对照组(P <0. 05);同时6 min步行试验治疗组高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论综合外治疗法采用非药物疗法的方式能改善症状、延长缓解期、改善肺功能,从而改善COPD患者的生活质量及预后,具有良好的推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of the comprehensive external therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at remission stage.Methods A total of60patients eligible to the diagnosis criteria of COPD at remission stage were randomized into two groups,30cases in each one.In the control group,according to the therapeutic scheme in Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines(2013revision)issued by the Group of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,the Respiratory Diseases Branch of Chinese Medical Association,the conventional treatment was given.In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,the comprehensive external therapy was added,including,cupping,acupoint injection and acupoint external application.The duration of treatment and the follow-up was half a year in total.Before treatment,at the end of treatment and in6months after treatment,the pulmonary ventilation function,6min walking test and dyspnea score were observed separately.Results After treatment and in6months at the end of treatment,dyspnea score in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment and in6months at the end of treatment,FEVj and YYNx%pred in the treatment group were higher than then the control group(P<0.05).The result in the6-min walking test in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive external therapy adopts the non-pharmaceutical therapy to relieve the symptoms,prolong the remission stage and improves lung functions so that the quality of life and prognosis of COPD are improved in the patients.Hence,this therapy is valuable to be promoted in the clinical practice.
