摘要
目的研究应用低分子肝素预防血栓对宫颈癌放疗效果的影响。方法选取102例存在静脉血栓风险因素的宫颈癌放疗患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组(51例)、对照组(51例)。试验组予以低分子肝素皮下注射抗凝合并放疗,对照组不予以低分子肝素抗凝,单纯予以放疗。观察两组患者血栓发生率及肺栓塞、血栓相关死亡率及放疗完成率。结果两组3年及5年生存率及肿瘤局控率对比,差异均不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);试验组放疗期间血栓发生率及肺栓塞、血栓相关死亡率(0.00%、0.00%、0.00%)低于对照组(15.69%、11.76%、11.76%),组间各数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组及对照组放疗完成率(100.00%vs. 88.24%),组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论早期应用低分子肝素预防血栓影响宫颈癌的放疗效果。
Objective To study the application of low molecular heparin to prevent blood clots for cervical cancer radiotherapy effect.Methods102cases of venous thromboembolism risk factors in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy were selected as the study objects,they were randomly divided into experimental group(n=51)and control group(n=51).The experimental group received subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin with anticoagulation and radiotherapy.The control group received no anticoagulation with low molecular weight heparin and only radiotherapy.The incidence of thrombosis,pulmonary embolism,thrombus-related mortality and completion rate of radiotherapy were observed in both groups.Results There was no significant difference in3-year and5-year survival rates and local control rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of thrombosis,pulmonary embolism and thromboembolism-related mortality(0.00%,0.00%,0.00%)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(15.69%,11.76%,11.76%).There were significant differences in the data between the two groups(P<0.05).The completion rate of radiotherapy in the experimental group and the control group(100.00%vs.88.24%)was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early application of low molecular heparin to prevent blood clots affect radiation effect of cervical cancer.
