不同温度下CFRP单向板切削力和加工损伤研究 被引量:5

RESEARCH ON CUTTING FORCE AND MACHINING DAMAGE OF CFRP UNIDIRECTIONAL PLATE AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES

摘要 碳纤维树脂基复合材料(CFRP)以其轻质、高强等优点,在航空航天高端装备上展现出巨大的优势。然而,CFRP属于难加工材料,力学性能和热性能在不同的纤维方向下呈现明显的各向异性,加工过程中极易产生损伤,同时温度变化也极大地影响了其加工性能,进而加剧损伤程度。因此,为实现CFRP的高质量加工,阐明温度对CFRP切削性能的影响至关重要,搭建了控温直角切削实验系统,以切削力和加工损伤为评判依据分析温度对不同纤维方向复合材料切削性能的影响,发现不仅CFRP树脂基体在温度变化后对材料力学性能产生影响,随着切削角增大,材料内部纤维增强相也会愈发显现其对材料的作用。为后续工艺参数的优化及新工艺的开发提供了新的数据及理论支持。 Carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)have shown great advantages in aerospace high-end equipment because of their advantages of light quality and high strength.However,CFRP is difficult to be processed.Its mechanical and thermal properties show obvious anisotropy in different fiber directions.It is easy to cause damage during processing.Meanwhile,temperature changes also greatly affect its process ability and aggravate the degree of damage.Therefore,in order to realize the high quality processing of CFRP,it is very important to clarify the effect of temperature on the cutting performance of CFRP.This paper set up the experimental system to control temperature to obtain the change of cutting force and machining damage on different cutting direction.It is found that not only the change of resin matrix caused by temperature will affect the mechanical properties.With the increase of cutting angle,the fiber reinforce phase in the material also becomes more important.This paper provides new data and theoretical support for the optimization of subsequent process parameters and the development of new technology.
