摘要
基于Nastran软件有限元法模态分析,构建了压力机的有限元模型和仿真模型,并分别求解该结构的自由模态和约束模态,得到相应条件下的模态参数,包括各阶固有频率及振型。通过对高速精密压力机的曲轴频率响应分析,研究压力机曲轴在正常工作时外界强迫产生的振动参数(位移)对下死点精度的影响。
Based on the modal analysis with the Nastran software finite element method,this paper constructs a finite element model and a simulation model of the press to respectively solve the free mode and the constrained mode of the structure,and obtains the modal parameters under the corresponding conditions,including the natural frequency and vibration model of each order.The frequency response analysis of the high-speed precision press crankshaft was made to study the effect of the vibration parameters(displacement)generated by external forces on the accuracy of the bottom dead center in the normal operation of the crankshaft of the press.
