摘要
钢板弹簧中心螺栓在装配过程中断裂,通过化学成分分析、硬度测试、宏观和微观检验对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:螺栓断裂的主要原因是使用了不正确的材料,且材料中非金属夹杂物过多,材料亦没有进行恰当的热处理而导致。
The leaf spring center bolt was broken during the assembly process.The cause of the fracture was analyzed by chemical composition analysis,hardness test,macrograph and microscopic observation.The results show that the main cause of bolt fracture was the use of incorrect materials,too many non-metallic inclusions in the material and no proper heat treatment.
