摘要
针对某型飞机尾撑作动器在鉴定试验过程中发生的屈曲故障机理进行了分析研究,通过理论计算,结合ANSYS有限元分析软件对产品稳定性进行了仿真模拟,评估影响参数的基础上进行了改进设计并进行了试验验证,试验结果表明改进设计方案措施有效,合理可行。
This article makes an analysis and research on the buckling failure mechanism in the process of evaluation test of the tail brace actuator for a certain aircraft.Also,in this article,the stability of the product is simulated through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis software ANSYS,besides,the improved design is carried out and the tests is verified on the basis of the evaluation of the influencing parameters.Tests results show that the improved design measures are effective,reasonable and feasible.
