摘要
在大型国产民用客机研制过程中,引入问题管理,为整个研制工作的管理提供决策支持。本文着重说明了相关问题管理数据的业务处理方式、问题管理系统的架构和实施。本文中的实施案例结合了产业发展需求与应用特征,为问题管理在国内民用客机制造行业的进一步应用实施提供了经验。
In the development process of the Chinese large commercial aircraft,the Management by Problem(MBP)is introduced,which provides decision support for the management of the whole research work.This paper illustrates the MBP.In addition,the MBP system’s construct and developing is introduced.The implementation of the case combines with the industry development demand and application features,and provides experience for the further application of MBP in the Chinese civil aircraft manufacturing industry.
