摘要 针对包装袋打印专用设备打印底座出现的磨损问题,对打印设备的打印底座进行了结构优化,将移动v型槽改为T型槽,并简化气缸安装方式,有效降低磨损度,提高了打印底座的使用寿命,目前已经在企业推广使用,效果良好。 In view of the wear problem of printing base of special packaging bag printing equipments,the structure of printing base of printing equipment was optimized.The mobile V-shape groove was changed to T-shape groove and the installation method of cylinder was simplified,which reduced the wear degree effectively and improved the service life of the printing base.And the optimized printing base was used in enterprises and achieved good results.
