摘要
目前,部分城市仍以车本位的角度开展道路规划和设计,导致步行及非机动车通行空间被挤压和侵占。为改善步行及非机动车的出行环境,提出"保障断面上所有出行者输送"的道路断面规划设计理念。通过对不同交通方式出行空间需求分析,整合形成一张道路交通网络,进而确定断面组成要素。为控制断面宽度提高道路活力,提出融合设计策略及步行空间整体设计策略,并将上述思路和策略应用在实际工程中,为城市道路的规划设计提供新思路。
At present,some cities still carry out road planning and design from the perspective of vehicle-based,resulting in the squeezing and encroachment of pedestrian and non-motor vehicle traffic space.In order to improve the travel environment of walking and non-motorized vehicles,the concept of guaranteeing the transportation of all travelers on the section is put forward.Through the analysis of travel space demand of different modes of transportation,a road traffic network is formed,and then the crosssection elements are determined.In order to control the width of section and improve the vitality of road,the integration design strategy and the overall design strategy of pedestrian space are put forward,and the above ideas and strategies are applied in practical projects to provide new ideas for urban road planning and design.
