现浇箱梁跨越既有桥梁的支架设计与施工技术 被引量:11

摘要 在城市立交桥改造和扩能提升项目中,常常出现新建桥梁跨越既有桥梁现象,目前多采用型钢或贝雷架搭设门型支架跨越既有桥梁施工,但这些支架结构复杂,施工难度大,成本高。为此,以某城市立交桥改造项目为例,对新建桥梁上跨既有桥梁时采用的满堂式支撑架设计和施工进行了分析和探讨,可为以后同类情况的现浇箱梁支架设计提供参考和指导。 In the reconstruction and expansion of urban overpass projects,new bridges often have to span existing bridges.At present,the profile steel or Beret supporting frames are frequently adopted to erect portaltype supporting-frame for spanning existing bridge construction.However,these supporting-frames are complex in structure,difficult and costly for construction.To this end,taking one urban overpass reconstruction project as an example,the design and construction of full-hall supporting-frame used in the construction of new bridges spanning existing bridges are analyzed and discussed,which can provide reference and guidance for the supporting frame design of similar cast-in-place box girder in the future.
