摘要
根据江苏徐州煤矸石资源丰富的实际情况,研制了SFJ煤矸石自保温非承重复合砌块,并应用于徐州市南郊中茵城项目。介绍了SFJ烧结煤矸石自保温非承重砌块的制备方法及砌块特性、施工工艺、操作要点、成品保护的要求,并对效益进行了分析,以期为SFC烧结煤矸石自保温非承重砌块的推广应用提供技术支持。
According to the actual situation of rich in gangue resources in Jiangsu Xuzhou,the SFJ gangue selfinsulation non-load-bearing composite block is developed and applied to the ZhongYinCheng project in the southern suburb of Xuzhou.The preparation method of SFJ sintered coal gangue self-insulating non-bearing block,the requirements of block characteristics,construction technology,operation points and finished product protection are introduced and the benefits are analyzed so as to provide technical support for promotion and application.
