民用飞机位移载荷提取的空间线性插值方法 被引量:1

摘要 飞机的机身、机翼等主结构在气动力、惯性力等作用下发生变形,对管路产生强迫位移,强迫位移会使得管路发生严重变形,因此机体位移载荷是民机管路系统设计中需考虑的一个重要载荷。求少数几个点的变形载荷可在有限元内力解中人工查找,如果需要大量点的变形载荷,人工查找则耗时极长,且容易出错,因此提出了一种可以批量提取飞机变形载荷的空间线性插值方法,通过查找目标点附近的四个点,形成四面体,空间线性插值后得到所需的数值,显著提高了效率。 The fuselage and wing of aircraft are deformed under the action of aerodynamic force and inertia force,and produce forced displacement on pipelines.The forced displacement can cause serious deformation of the pipelines.Thus the deformation of airframe is an important load to be considered in designing pipeline of aircraft.The displacement load of a few points can be manually searched in the finite element model of internal force solution,but to find the displacement load of a large number of points,manual lookup method is extremely time consuming and error prone.A spatial linear interpolation method is proposed that can extract aircraft displacement load in batches automatically.By finding four points near the target point,the tetrahedron is formed,and the required values are obtained after spatial linear interpolation.
