摘要
加拿大创新创业教育开展较早,目前已形成一套完整的运行步骤、实施办法及规章制度。中国创新创业教育起步较晚,尚处在探索完善阶段,与前者相比存在明显差距。运用数学建模分析方法求解中加两国的创新创业度及关涉两国创新创业教育的优势因素与薄弱因素。预测在未来5年,中国的创新创业教育相较于加拿大的创新创业教育仍不乐观。比较关涉中加两国创新创业教育的各种因素,应从政府与社会支持创新创业教育,完善创新创业教育课程体系,加强创新创业教育师资力量建设3个方面推进中国创新创业教育发展。
After long-term exploration and continuous reform since the launch of innovation and entrepreneurship education,a complete set of operational steps,implementation methods and rules and regulations have been formed in Canada.Compared to Canada,China’s education about innovation and entrepreneurship started late,and it is still in the process of exploration and improvement.Mathematical modeling and analysis methods are utilized in this paper to solve the degree of innovation and entrepreneurship of China and Canada together with the factors and weak factors related to innovation and entrepreneurship education in the two countries.It is predicted that China’s degree of innovation and entrepreneurship education will still lag behind Canada’s in the next five years if no targeted reforms are implemented.The prediction confirmed the necessity for China’s reform.Through thoroughly comparing various factors related to innovation and entrepreneurship education in China and Canada,suggestions on advancing the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education have been proposed from three aspects which includes government and society supporting innovation and entrepreneurship education,perfecting the curriculum of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and strengthening the construction of teachers and teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
