蜜蜂检测环境中杀虫剂的试验设计

摘要 蜜蜂对杀虫剂是非常敏感,每次出勤要接触上千朵花,如果环境中的植物带有毒有害物质,就会引发蜜蜂死亡或行为异常。因此,蜜蜂可作为环境污染的生物指示器。为研究蜜蜂对环境中杀虫剂的敏感性影响,本试试验设计以蜜蜂为试试验对象,采用"饲喂管法""药膜法"和"小烧杯法"来检测杀虫剂对蜜蜂的影响并作回归分析,进而可借助回归方程观测蜜蜂死亡率来确定环境中杀虫剂的污染程度。试验结果表明,环境中吡虫啉杀虫剂对蜜蜂的毒性影响要远大于氟胺氰菊酯,采同一种杀虫剂进行蜜蜂检测试验,"药膜法"的蜜蜂致死中浓度(LC50)最低,对蜜蜂的危害最大。 Bees are very sensitive to pesticides,they had to touch thousands of flowers every time they went to work.Therefore,honeybees can be used as biological indicators for environmental pollution.In order to study the sensitivity of honeybee to insecticides in the environment,this experiment designed honeybee as the experimental object,using"feeding tube method","pesticide film method"and"small beaker method"to detect the impact of insecticides on honeybee and make regression analysis,and then using regression equation to observe the mortality of honeybee to determine the environmental insecticides.The extent of contamination.The results showed that the toxicity of imidacloprid insecticides to bees was much greater than that of fenvalerate,the same insecticide was used to detect bees,the LC50 of bees was the lowest and the harm to bees was the greatest.
