摘要
教师的戏曲教研能力是黄梅戏进校园传承实践活动顺利开展的保证。同时,戏曲进校园实践活动在提高教师教研能力方面也发挥着举足轻重的作用。教研队伍中的教师们在编写戏曲教材、相互交流学习、组织学生活动等多种实践中提高了自身的知识能力、设计能力、实施能力和评价能力,并在课题研究方面取得了丰硕的成果。
The teachers'good ability in opera teaching and researching is the primary requirement for the practice of introducing Huangmei Opera to high school students to work well,which,in turn,plays a vital role in improving the teachers'ability in teaching opera and doing research in opera.Through teaching material compiling,group discussion,mutual learning and organizing different student activities,all the teachers in the research group have made great achievements and impressive improvements in various ways,including broadening their horizons in opera,improving their ability in planning and carrying out the teaching activities,and also in classroom evaluation.
