ICP-AES testing calcium and magnesium in dolomite

摘要 对于白云岩中钙镁的测试,经典方法,我们一般运用EDTA滴定法,但是,此法分析手续繁杂,分析时间长,再者,溶液常常受到铁铝等元素的干扰,往往容易使镁的结果偏高;此外,由于溶液PH值的影响,滴定终点往往不容易判断。在功率为1300kw,等离子体冷却气流量15L/min,辅助气流量为0.75L/min,雾化器流量为0.75L/min的实验条件下,以Ca317.933nm,Mg285.213nm作为分析谱线,用四酸分解样品,用ICP-OES测试,省时省力,测得的数据准确度高,测试效果良好。 For the determination of calcium and magnesium in dolomite,we usually use EDTA titration method,but this method is complicated and time-consuming.Moreover,the solution is often interfered by elements such as iron and aluminum,which tends to make the results of magnesium on the high side;in addition,because of the influence of solution PH value,the titration end point is often not.Easy to judge.Under the experimental conditions of 1300kW power,15L/min plasma cooling gas flow,0.75L/min auxiliary gas flow,0.75L/min atomizer flow,Ca317.933 nm,Mg285.213 nm were used as analytical lines,the samples were decomposed by tetracarboxylic acid and tested by ICP-OES,which saved time and labor,and the measured data had high accuracy and good testing results.
