摘要
硬质合金混合料是指由各种难熔金属碳化物和粘结金属及成型剂组成的有准确成份、一定粒度、均匀的粒状混合物,通常也叫RTP粉(Ready To Press Powder)。混合料的不同配方,对应于不同的工业用途。研究喷雾干燥工艺参数对硬质合金混合料物理性能的影响有助于硬质合金生产过程中的质量控制,从而提高硬质合金的使用寿命。本文通过DOE实验设计方法研究喷雾干燥各工艺参数对硬质合金混合料的松比、流动性、粒度分布等物理性能的影响。
Cemented carbide mixture refers To a granular mixture composed of various refractory metal carbides,bonded metals and forming agents,which has accurate composition,a certain particle size and an even particle size.It is also commonly known as RTP Powder(Ready To Press Powder).Different formulations of the mixture correspond to different industrial USES.The influence of spray drying process parameters on the physical properties of cemented carbide mixture is helpful to the quality control in the production process of cemented carbide and thus to improve the service life of cemented carbide.In this paper,the effects of the technological parameters of spray drying on the physical properties of the mixture of cemented carbide such as pine ratio,fluidity and particle size distribution were studied by DOE experimental design method.
