基于“学习共同体”的乡村教师培训的实践与探索——以宁波地区为例

摘要 《乡村教师支持计划2015-2020年》提出将乡村教师建设提升至优先发展的战略位置,教师培训作为促进乡村教师专业发展、提升乡村教学质量的极为重要的常规手段。通过分析当前乡村教师培训中一系列问题,包括培训目标、培训内容、培训方式等,分析学习共同体在教师专业发展中所起的作用,为提高乡村教师培训效率及促进乡村教师专业发展,起到一定的参考借鉴作用。 The Rural Teacher Support Plan2015-2020proposes to promote the construction of rural teachers to a strategic position of priority development.Teacher training is an extremely important routine means to promote the professional development of rural teachers and improve the quality of rural teaching.By analyzing a series of problems in current rural teacher training,including training objectives,training content,training methods,etc.,the paper analyzes the role of the learning community in the professional development of teachers to improve the efficiency of rural teachers training and promote the professional development of rural teachers for a certain reference.
