摘要
法经济学作为法学与经济学的交叉学科是经济学帝国主义的产物。法经济学在我国已有三十年多年的历史,经历了缓慢发展、井喷发展和高速稳定发展三个阶段。以中国知识资源总库(CNKI)的数据为基础,收集了1993—2018年全国中文核心期刊和CSSCI收录期刊发表的法经济学研究文献,利用文献计量方法分析了法经济学文献的发表时间、发表期刊、发表作者、发表单位和发表成果学科分布情况。我国法经济学要立足于中国的法治实践,实现外来资源的本土化;法学家应该积极发挥在法经济学研究中的学术贡献,努力构建中国特色的法经济学学科体系。
as an interdisciplinary subject of law and economics,law and economics is the product of economic imperialism.Law and economics in China has thirty years of history,experienced slow development,blowout development and high-speed and stable development of three stages.Based on the data of China's general library of knowledge resources(CNKI),the literature of law and economics published in 1992-2018 National Chinese core periodicals and CSSCI journals was collected.The publication time,publication,publishing,publishing and publishing of the literature of law and economics were analyzed by the method of bibliometrics.Cloth situation.China's law and economics should be based on the practice of the rule of law in China,the localization of foreign resources,the academic contribution of the jurists in the study of law and economics,and the construction of the subject system of law and economics with Chinese characteristics.
