摘要
目的探讨舒适化体位护理在全麻苏醒后的应用效果。方法选择600全麻苏醒的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各300例。观察组全麻苏醒后的患者采用舒适化的体位护理;对照组按照常规体位去枕平卧。比较两组患者在舒适度评分和并发症的发生率进行对比。结果观察组患者舒适度评分高于对照组,观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论舒适化体位护理能够有效提高全麻苏醒期患者的舒适度,预防全麻苏醒后的并发症,提高麻醉复苏护理的质量,促进患者的快速康复。
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable posture nursing after general anesthesia awakening.Methods 600 patients with general anesthesia awakening were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,300 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were given comfortable posture nursing after general anesthesia awakening,while the control group was given regular position to pillow recumbent.The comfort score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The comfort score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference had a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfort of body position nursing can effectively improve the comfort of the patients in the awakening period of general anesthesia,prevent the complications after the general anesthesia,improve the quality of the anaesthesia recovery nursing and promote the rapid recovery of the patients.
