摘要
目的了解收治发热伴血小板减少综合征患者的科室医护人员对本病防护的知信行现状及影响因素,为制定防护对策避免疾病引发的职业暴露提供参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对某三甲医院急诊科、ICU、呼吸科、感染科的186名医护人员进行发热伴血小板减少综合征防护知识、态度、行为的横断面调查。结果医护人员防护知识知晓率为80.86%,防护态度得分(42.93±3.00)分,防护行为得分为(28.86±5.19)分。不同年龄、职称、工作年限、科室和岗位的医护人员防护知识知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。不同年龄、岗位医护人员的防护行为得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。多重线性回归分析显示,岗位管理和防护态度为防护行为的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论医护人员对发热伴血小板减少综合征认知不足,影响防护行为的因素较多。需对医护人员适时进行职业防护培训,以提高医护人员对新发生、少见的传染性疾病的防护认知和行为,从而保障医护人员的职业安全。
Objective To understand the KAP status and influencing factors on protection of the fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome among medical staff,and to provide reference for developing protective strategies to prevent occupational exposure caused by the disease.Methods A cross-sectional survey on protection knowledge,attitude,and behavior of the fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome was conducted among186medical staff from emergency department,ICU,respiratory department and infection department of a grade-three hospital using a self-designed questionnaire.Results The awareness rate of protective knowledge of the medical staff was80.86%,protective attitude score was(42.93±3.00),and protective behavior score was(28.86±5.19).There were significant differences in the awareness rate of protective knowledge among the medical staff with different age,professional title,working years,department and position(P<0.05,P<0.01).There were significant differences in the score of protective behavior among the medical staff with different age and position(P<0.05,P<0.01).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that,post management and protective attitude were the influencing factors of protective behavior(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Medical staff's cognition on the fever and thrombocytopenia syndrome is deficient,and some factors influence their protective behavior.Occupational protection training should be given to medical staff timely,in order to improve their protective cognition and behavior for new and rare infectious diseases,then to protect their occupational safety.
