摘要 目的探讨BRAF V600E基因突变检测对甲状腺微小癌的诊断价值。方法分层比较BRAF V600E突变基因检测对甲状腺微小癌与非微小癌的诊断效率,并比较两组基因表达的差异。结果 BARF V600E基因突变率随TI-RADS分类级别的增加而增加,BARF V600E基因突变检测在微小癌组较非微小癌组的敏感性及特异性差异无统计学意义(P=0.279,P=0.052)。无论甲状腺微小癌与非微小癌,还是甲状腺微小癌中直径大于等于0.5 cm与小于0.5 cm者,BRAF V600E突变率均差异无统计学意义(P=0.279,P=0.687)。结论 BRAF V600E突变基因检测对微小癌具有同等的敏感性及特异性。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of BRAF V600E gene mutation detection for thyroid microcarcinoma.Methods The diagnostic efficiency of BRAF V600E mutation gene detection for micro-cancer and non-small cancer was compared and the differences in gene expression between the two groups were compared.Results The mutation rate of BARF V600E gene increased with the increase of TIRADS classification.There was no significant difference in the sensitivity and specificity of BARF V600E gene mutation detection between the small cancer group and the non-micro cancer group(P=0.279,P=0.052).Regardless of thyroid microcarcinoma and non-small cancer,or thyroid microcarcinoma with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.5 cm and less than 0.5 cm,there was no significant difference in BRAF mutation rate(P=0.279,P=0.687).Conclusion The BRAF V600E mutant gene assay has the same sensitivity and specificity for microcarcinoma.
