摘要
工程施工质量控制是工程施工阶段保证质量的关键,虽然施工单位都重视工程质量的管理,但在具体实施中,多数施工单位忽视了人为因素的影响,未建立完善相关的质量管理体系和人员管理等方面措施,在施工中造成了质量缺陷或质量事故,影响工程进度。通过加强对人为因素管控,提高施工人员质量意识和业务技能,有效解决因人为因素造成的工程质量问题,以保证工程顺利实施。
The quality control of engineering construction was the key to guarantee the quality of engineering construction stage.Although the construction units put much attention on the management of engineering quality,but in the concrete implementation,most construction units neglected the influence of human factors,the relevant quality management system and personnel management measures were not constructed,this resulting quality defects and accidents,affecting the progress of the project.Through strengthening the management and control of human factors,improving the quality awareness and professional skills of construction personnel,effectively solving the quality problems caused by human factorsin order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
