超声引导椎旁神经阻滞胸腔镜手术的护理配合 被引量：11

摘要 总结30例胸腔镜手术患者在超声引导下实施椎旁神经阻滞麻醉的护理配合,主要措施包括超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞前加强对患者的评估、设备物品和药品的准备;神经阻滞中配合麻醉医生摆放患者体位、进行神经阻滞的护理配合;神经阻滞后常见并发症的观察和处理。
