摘要
极弱光高分辨率成像在国防、空间科学等领域都有广泛需求。现代技术的发展,尤其是低噪声背照sCMOS器件的发展,为开发高端的EBCMOS极弱光成像器件奠定了基础。本论文基于EBCMOS极弱光成像探测器的相机驱动电路的研发为目的,选用了背照式sCMOS传感器Gsense400BSI,首先分析了它的功能和参数,并根据该传感器的驱动方式,设计了它的硬件电路系统和软件逻辑功能;通过仿真验证了软件的逻辑功能和时序波形,得出了EBCMOS小型相机硬件驱动电路方案可行的结论。
Extreme low-light high-resolution imaging has a wide range of applications in fields,such as defense and space science.The development of modern technologies,especially the development of lownoise back-illuminated sCMOS devices,lays the foundation for the development of high-end EBCMOS extremely low-light imaging devices.This thesis was based on the research and development of the camera driver circuit of EBCMOS extreme low light imaging detector.Chose the back-illuminated sCMOS sensor Gsense400BSI,first analyzed its function and parameters,and designed its hardware circuit system and software logic function according to the working method of the sensor.The logic function and timing waveform of the software were verified by simulation.Obtained a conclusion that the EBCMOS small camera hardware drive circuit program was feasible.
