脑胶质瘤组织XIAP、Caveolin-1蛋白表达及意义 被引量:7

Expression and significance of XIAP and Caveolin-1 protein in brain glioma

摘要 目的探讨脑胶质瘤X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)、窑蛋白1(Caveolin-1)的表达及意义。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月我院保存的脑胶质瘤标本59例,同时选取瘤旁组织作为对照组,采用免疫组化染色法检测XIAP、Caveolin-1蛋白表达。结果脑胶质瘤组织XIAP和Caveolin-1蛋白阳性表达率分别为72.88%和61.02%,明显高于瘤旁组织(P<0.05);病理分级Ⅲ-Ⅳ级患者XIAP蛋白阳性表达率为92.59%,明显高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ级患者(P<0.05);Caveolin-1表达与脑胶质瘤患者年龄、性别、肿瘤类型、病理分级和肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05);脑胶质瘤XIAP蛋白表达与Caveolin-1蛋白表达无相关性(P>0.05);XIAP蛋白阳性表达患者中位总生存时间为21个月,明显短于阴性表达患者(P<0.05);Caveolin-1蛋白阳性表达患者中位总生存时间为20个月,明显短于阴性表达患者(P<0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤组织XIAP、Caveolin-1蛋白表达明显升高,其中XIAP表达与肿瘤分级和预后有一定关系,而Caveolin-1与临床病理特征无关。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of X linked apoptosis suppressor protein(XIAP)and Caveolin 1(Caveolin-1)in glioma.Methods A total of 59 specimens of glioma preserved in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and the para cancerous tissue were selected as the control group,the expressions of XIAP and Caveolin-1 protein were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rates of XIAP and Caveolin-1 protein in glioma tissues were 72.88%and 61.02%,which were significantly higher than those in para cancerous tissues(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of XIAP protein in patients with pathological gradeⅢtoⅣwas 92.59%,which was significantly higher than that in gradeⅠtoⅡpatients(P<0.05);The expression of Caveolin-1 were not related to age,sex,type of tumor,pathological grade and tumor diameter in patients with glioma(P>0.05);There was no correlation between the expression of XIAP protein and the expression of Caveolin-1 protein in glioma(P>0.05);The median survival time of the patients with XIAP protein positive expression was 21 months,which was significantly shorter than that of negative expression patients(P<0.05);The median survival time of the patients with Caveolin-1 protein positive expression was 20 months,which was significantly shorter than that of negative expression patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The protein expressions of XIAP and Caveolin-1 are significantly increased in glioma tissue,of which XIAP expression is related to tumor grade and prognosis,but Caveolin-1 is not related to clinicopathological features.
