早期母乳喂养配合氨基酸对低体质量早产儿营养状态、生长发育的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究早期母乳喂养配合氨基酸对低体质量早产儿营养状态、生长发育的影响。方法选择期间在本院出生的168例低体质量早产儿作为观察对象,按照随机数表法分成对照组、干预组,各84例。对照组患儿接受单独的早期母乳喂养,干预组患儿接受早期母乳喂养配合氨基酸治疗。对比2组患儿出生时、出生后14 d的营养状态、生长发育变化及并发症发生率。结果 2组患儿出生后14 d的营养指标血清前清蛋白(PA)表达水平均高于出生时,且干预组高于对照组(P <0. 05);干预组患儿的头围增长速度、身长增加速度、体质量增加速度均快于对照组,恢复至正常体质量时间、足量经口喂养时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);干预组患儿并发症总发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论早期母乳喂养配合氨基酸能有效改善低体质量早产儿营养状态,促进患儿生长发育,降低并发症发生风险。 Objective To study the effect of early breast-feeding combined with amino acid on nutritional status and growth of preterm infants with low body weight.Methods A total of168low birth weight premature infants born in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method,with84cases in each group.The children in the control group received early breastfeeding,and those in the intervention group received early breastfeeding combined with amino acid treatment.The nutritional status,growth and development and incidence of complications of the two groups at birth and14days after birth were observed and compared.Results The expression levels of serum prealbumin(PA)in nutritional parameters at14days after birth were higher than at birth,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The growth rate of the head circumference,the body length,and body mass of the intervention group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of returning to normal weight and time of sufficient oral feeding were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early breast-feeding combined with amino acid can effectively improve the nutritional status of low-weight preterm infants,promote the growth and development,reduce the risk of complications.
