塔式太阳能镜场三轴支撑定日镜控制装置 被引量:6

摘要 为了解决常规塔式太阳能镜场中单轴定日镜不稳、易损坏的问题,提出了基于三轴支撑定日镜的塔式太阳能镜场控制系统,设计了独特的三轴支撑定日镜。本文根据实际运行需要,采取程序与传感器混合控制的方法,实现对太阳光线的实时监测;为了提高系统吸热效率,通过图像监测与处理的方法,定时提取定量定日镜进行偏差校正;根据3种定日镜控制方法,设计了基于PLC的3种计算模块,实时计算镜面最理想的位置。试验结果表明,基于三轴支撑定日镜的塔式太阳能镜场控制系统能达到实际工程需要,实现定日追踪。 The uniaxial heliostats in conventional tower solar energy mirror field are unsteady and easy to be damaged.To solve this problem,a control system of tower solar energy mirror field based on triaxial support heliostats was proposed and a unique triaxial support heliostat was designed.According to the actual operation needs,the method of mixed control of the program and sensor was adopted to realize real-time monitoring of the solar light.In order to improve the heat-absorbing efficiency of the system,a method of image monitoring and processing was adopted,and the quantitative heliostat was periodically extracted for deviation correction.By three methods of sunlight tracking control,the three major computing modules based on PLC was designed to calculate the ideal position of the mirror in real time.The experimental results show that,the control system of the tower solar energy mirror field based on triaxial support heliostat can satisfy the requirements of actual project to realize sun location tracking.
