摘要
为解决某选煤厂钢结构厂房因大型振动筛引起的振动问题,采用TMD(调谐质量阻尼器)进行振动控制,并进行TMD参数和位置设计以及基于TMD的结构-振动筛复合体系有限元分析.有限元分析结果表明:设置TMD系统后的结构关键节点位移、加速度、速度响应均减小到规定限值,且峰值所在频率约为10Hz,已避开结构设备共振频率区域,结构振动得到有效控制.
In order to solve the vibration problem of the steel structure in coal preparation plant caused by large vibrating screen,TMD was used to control the vibration.The parameters and position of TMD were designed and the finite element analysis of the structure-vibrating screen composite system based on TMD was carried out.Finite element analysis shows that the displacement,acceleration and velocity responses of the key nodes of the steel structure are reduced to the prescribed limit,and the peak frequency is about10Hz.The vibration of the structure is effectively controlled by avoiding the resonance frequency region of the structure and equipment.
