排气热量回收装置的整车试验研究

摘要 节能减排和提高内燃机热效率是当前汽车行业的研究重点,而排气热量回收技术利用空间较大。介绍排气热量回收技术的主要路线和现状,详细描述了排气热量回收热导热技术(EHRS)原理和结构,将装置搭载整车,分别进行常温和低温条件下油耗、排放试验验证,并对主要温度点进行监测。试验结果表明:EHRS装置能降低整车油耗、改善整车排放,加快发动机的温升速度; EHRS能加热发动机外循环水温,起到排气热量回收再利用作用。 Energy saving,emission reduction and improving the thermal efficiency of internal combustion engines have been the focus of research in the current automobile industry,and the space of exhaust heat recovery and utilization is large.The main route and present situation of the exhaust heat recovery technology were introduced.The principle and structure of Exhaust Heat Recovery System(EHRS)technology were described in detail.It was equipped with vehicle,then the fuel consumption and emission test were verified at normal and low temperature,and the main temperature points were monitored.The experimental results show that the EHRS can reduce the fuel consumption of the whole vehicle,improve vehicle emissions,accelerate the rate of temperature rise.EHRS can heat the engine external circulation coolant and play the role of exhaust heat recovery and reuse.
