摘要
钛合金TC4材料由于有较高的屈服强度,且弹性模量低,在常温下存在成型困难,回弹大,塑性变形范围窄等特点,导致成型时容易出现裂纹等缺陷。特别是在较薄件,尺寸精度要求高的条件不容易实现。论文针对管外径为219mm,厚度为1mm的,长度为1000mm,其圆度公差要求±0.10mm,直线度公差为0.5mm的管进行成型工艺研究。以提高成品率,降低制造成本,创新一种制造新途径。
Titanium alloy TC4 has the characteristics of high yield ratio,low elastic modulus,molding difficulty at room temperature,high springback andnarrowplastic deformation range and so on,whichmake it is easyto appear cracks and other defects in forming.Especiallyfor thin parts,it is not easy to realize under the condition of requiring high dimensional accuracy.In this paper,the forming process of the tubewith outer diameterof219mm,thicknessof1mm,length of1000mm,roundness tolerance requirement of±0.10mmand straightness tolerance of0.5mmis studied,soas toimprove the rateof final products,reduce themanufacturingcost andinnovate anewwayofmanufacturing.
