摘要
征地拆迁问题是现阶段公路工程建设中直接关系到经济发展以及社会进步的关键性问题,在本质上来说属于一种经济性行为,也就是交易行为。基于成本的角度对其进行分析,可以为公路工程征地拆迁成本的精细化管理提供有效的控制对策与手段。基于此,论文主要对公路工程征地拆迁成本的精细化管理以及相关控制政策进行了简单论述分析。
Land expropriation and house removal is a key issue in highway construction at present,which is directly related to the economic development and social progress.In essence,it belongs to an economic behavior,that is,transaction behavior.The analysis of it based on the cost can provide effective control countermeasures and means for the refined management of the land expropriation and house removal cost of highway engineering.On this basis,the paper mainly discusses and analyzes the refined management and related control policies of land expropriationand house removal costof highwayengineering.
