摘要
目的探讨个性化护理干预对肿瘤患者放疗后睡眠质量和生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年6月～2017年3月在本院接受放疗的、且放疗后产生睡眠质量问题并影响生活质量的80例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者进行常规护理,研究组患者在对照组的基础上同时进行个性化护理干预。比较两组护理前后的睡眠质量(PSQI)评分(包括入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量)、生活质量(包括生理机能、社会功能和精神健康)、复发率和>1年生存率。结果研究组患者护理后的PSQI评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的复发率低于对照组,>1年生存率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行常规护理的基础上,进行个性化护理干预能够更加有效的改善接受化疗后肿瘤患者的睡眠质量和生活质量,还能有效降低肿瘤的复发率,提高其生存率。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention on sleep quality and quality of life in patients with cancer after radiotherapy.Methods A total of80patients with cancer who received radiation therapy in our hospital and suffered from sleep quality problems after radiation therapy from June2015to March2017were enrolled as study objects,they were randomly divided into study group and control group,with40cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the study group received personalized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Sleep quality(PSQI)score(including sleep time,sleep time,sleep quality),quality of life(including physiological function,social function and mental health),recurrence rate and survival rate of more than one year were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The PSQI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the more than one year survival rate was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing care,personalized nursing intervention can improve the quality of sleep and life of cancer patients after chemotherapy,and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of tumor and improve their survival rate.
