液压伺服系统油动机仿真分析

摘要 计算机仿真取代实体样机试验已成必然趋势。通过AMESim多领域系统仿真平台对汽轮机阀门控制执行机构的主汽门油动机进行建模,仿真分析,可实现改变某一参数就能得到相应试验结果的功能。仿真试验结果表明,改变油动机入口C1的通径对油动机响应速度影响较小,而改变油动机油缸轴径对油动机响应速度影响较大。研究成果可为油动机油缸等的设计及优化提供参考。 It has become a necessary trend that physical prototype test would be replaced by computer simulation.The main valve actuators in steam turbine valve control system was modeled on the AMESim multi-domain system simulation platform,and the corresponding test results could be obtained by changing a certain parameter based on simulation analysis.The simulation results showed that the response speed of the actuator was slightly affected by the change of inlet C1 diameter,but greatly affected by the change of cylinder shaft diameter.The research results can provide reference for the design and optimization of the cylinder and other components in actuator.
